Senior Specialist & Lead AI Specialist, Legal Operations

* Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered contracting and legal workflows by:
Legal’s knowledge management function by ensuring legal content and contract data Facilitate knowledge management within legal department and training for internal clients of the legal department.

Experience working cross-functionally within a global team

Experience with configuring or implementing AI workflow and contract review tools
** Minumum

Qualifications:

*** 3+ years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a high-growth technology company or at a law firm, with experience in the contract field, contracts administration or legal operations
* Expertise with Microsoft Office, Ironclad, Docusign, and Salesforce
* Experience with testing and configuring Generative AI technology
* High attention to detail, demonstrated program and/or project management experience with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
* Ability to take initiative and propose solutions to address technical and operational challenges and constraints.
* Tech is savvy and proficient with technology applications
* Solid time management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think quickly and be resourceful.
* Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and team skills
