Manage the website and digital marketing programs to provide superior online customer experience and increase Web business. Plan, execute, and measure success of Web initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies and work with management to develop plans to drive traffic to the company website.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
- Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on internet and relationship management.
- Experience creating content and managing Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and blogs.
- Industry background and/or knowledge preferred.
Skills:
- Project management skills, including current knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and software applications.
- Strong technical aptitude and fluency.
- Full working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
- Current knowledge of industry trends in website, social media, mobile and customer relationship management products.
- Skilled in SEO, some html knowledge preferred.
- Working knowledge of website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and App content and functionality.
- Exemplary communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Google AdWords Professional certification preferred.
