Job Summary

The EHR Analyst Principal serves as the enterprise-level subject matter expert for electronic health record (EHR) systems, providing strategic leadership for system design, integration, governance, and optimization across clinical service lines. This role leads complex, cross-application initiatives and partners with executive leadership, clinicians, and IT stakeholders to align EHR capabilities with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Principal Analyst mentors senior and lead analysts, establishes standards for design and delivery, evaluates emerging technologies, and ensures secure, compliant, and consistent EHR solutions across the enterprise.

Preferred Education/

Experience:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field, and bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, information technology, or a related discipline. Experience working with EHR systems is highly desirable, and current EPIC certification is preferred.
