The role ensures that marketing operatesas an always-on engine by driving day-to-day Mar Com activities, website updates, marketing automation, AI-supported optimization, and content production. You have a solid understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and customer journeys in a B2B context. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the systems, the data, and the execution and taking pride in making marketing operations run better every month.###
Key responsibilities
1. Hub Spot ownership, website operations & optimization
* Own and operate
Qmatics Hub Spot environment end-to-end, including portal administration (setup, data structure and quality, governance, permissions), workflows, analytics, and AI capabilities.
* You will also own the day-to-day management of our website in Hub Spot CMSandhandling content publishing, page creation, updates, and continuous improvements (basic SEO/CRO).
* Act as the internal Hub Spot expert across Marketing and Sales.
2. Marketing automation, campaigns & performance
* Build and run marketing automation and lifecycle journeys in Hub Spot, including workflows, campaigns, email programs, list segmentation, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.
* You will drive performance through continuous testing and optimization, using Hub Spot reporting and analytics to improve conversion, engagement, funnel efficiency, and time-to-market in a B2B context.
3. AI-enabled marketing operations & hands-on content production
* Embed AI into day-to-day marketing operations byidentifyingopportunities, testing new capabilities, and applying AI-driven ways of working within Hub Spot and related tools. This includes using AI to support content creation, personalization, segmentation, lead scoring, and performance optimization.
* You will also create and adapt marketing content hands-on (web, email, social, webinars), independently and with AI support, using tools such as Hub Spot AI, generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Suno,Eleven Labs, or comparable tools), and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud), where relevant.
* You’re comfortable experimenting with prompts, iterating outputs, and applying AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and quality.### Who you are:
