Position Summary: Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for an SAP S/4
HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and strategic direction of complex OTC solutions within SAP S/4
HANA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash experience, including multiple S/4
HANA implementations, with a strong emphasis on thought leadership and hands‑on configuration across complex pricing, rebates, and condition contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for SAP S/4
HANA Order-to-Cash processes - Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for OTC in SAP S/4
HANA - Drive S/4
HANA-native approaches, challenging legacy ECC designs and promoting best practices - Conduct and lead business process workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Perform hands‑on configuration across the OTC lifecycle, including:
- Sales order management
- Delivery and shipping
- Billing and invoicing
- Design and configure complex pricing procedures, including:
- Multi-level pricing
- Condition techniques
- Routines, formulas, exclusions, and scales
- Configure and support rebates, Settlement Management, and Condition Contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, Logistics, ABAP, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions
- Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery standards and solution accelerators
Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of hands‑on SAP Order-to-Cash (SD) experience
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4
HANA OTC implementations - Deep, hands‑on configuration expertise in:
- Complex pricing procedures
- Rebates / Settlement Management
- Condition Contracts
- Strong understanding of S/4
HANA OTC architecture, data model changes, and simplifications - Demonstrated ability to operate as a thought leader, influencing solution direction and stakeholder decisions
- Experience leading design sessions and presenting to senior‑level audiences
- Strong communication and documentation skills
