Job Summary

The AI Developer Manager leads and oversees teams of artificial intelligence (AI) developers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with organizational goals, and the professional growth of team members. The AI Developer Manager collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders, sprzę drives innovation, and establishes best practices in AI development within the organization.
