Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Open Text xECM for SAP Expertise:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Open Text ECM/Content Server with a minimum of 5 years focused on architecting and implementing Open Text xECM for SAP Solution end-end.

Open Text xECM Content Migration Expertise:

• Open Text Content Migration experience using any tool.
• Open Text Content Server core concepts like Web Report, Workflows, Live Reports.
• Strong Open Text Content Server API knowledge.

Open Text xECM for SAP Solution Architecture & Design:

• Lead the architecture, design and blueprinting of complex Open Text xECM for SAP Solutions, ensuring alignment with Business objectives, IT Strategies & Security/governance policies.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and secure technical designs including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration details.
• Define and govern the seamless integration between SAP S/4 Hana and xECM using SAP Archive Link, Open Text Business work spaces.
• Lead the overall xECM Content Migration design. Define detailed data migration strategies for content transitioning into xECM Environment.
• Define a clear strategy roadmap to migrate the huge number of documents from the source system to Open Text xECM, in various sub-phases.

Governance and Stakeholder Management:

• Provide Technical oversight and guidance throughout the solution life cycle, from proof of concept through go-live and hyper care.
• Lead and mentor technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with Business stakeholders, functional consultants, offshore technical teams and other IT teams to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer/training sessions for end-users and technical support staff.
