We are seeking a bilingual HR business partner to collaborate with site leadership, promote a positive labor environment, and support business objectives.

• Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative labor environment
• Assist colleagues with HR matters
• Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address labor-related challenges
• Partner with leadership to deliver training and development programs that enhance leadership capability and reinforce contract compliance and fair employment practices
• Serve as a key liaison and translator in Spanish

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Business Administration, or a related field; equ
• 2 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law
• Bilingual proficiency is required — candidates must be fluent in English & Spanish to effectively communicate across teams.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership
• SAP experience is preferred — familiarity with SAP systems will be a strong advantage in managing workflows and data efficiently. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solving.
