Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to oversee all HR operations across our growing portfolio and workforce. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees while ensuring our people strategy supports the company’s long-term success. The ideal candidate brings a strong HR background, business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a dynamic, client-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of a large commercial real estate organization.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across property management, development, finance, and corporate functions.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and industry regulations.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs tailored to the real estate industry.
- Provide data-driven HR insights and workforce analytics to senior leadership.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all business units and properties.
- Partner with executives on organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification strongly preferred but not required).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience supporting or leading HR in a large, multi-location organization (commercial real estate or related industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR management in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive Salary & Benefits – $125,000-$135,000yr based on experience.
PTO – 3 weeks vacation with all major holidays
Health Benefits - 100% paid by the company
Flexible Fridays - Half days on Fridays
