As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of that experience. You’ll know our regulars by name, anticipate their needs, and make every guest feel like they belong—from their first night to their final goodbye.

• Create a welcoming, home-like environment for long-stay and return guests
• Provide smooth, professional check-in/check-out experiences
• Build genuine guest relationships that last far beyond a single stay
• Work efficiently with Opera PMS (preferred), or be ready to learn
• Be a calm and capable presence, even during peak hours

• Previous front desk or guest services experience (extended stay a plus)
• A polished, professional appearance and friendly, confident communication style
