Front Desk Agent - Courtyard Lexington North
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check‑in/check‑out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Friendly and attentive face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
- Checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Potential career progression to front office supervisor, manager or other management positions within hotel operations.
- Combination of education and hotel experience is preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
