• Kentucky Radiation Therapist “T” License
  • Can be pending at submission
  • MUST be issued before day 1
  • This is mandatory

• ARRT (T) – Radiation Therapy
  • This is the standard national certification
  • Almost every hospital requires it
  • Must be active & in good standing

They want a fully independent therapist, not a trainee:

• Deliver radiation treatments exactly per physician prescription
• Ensure patient + staff safety at all times
• Perform daily QA & warm-up on treatment machines
• Accurately document daily treatments
• Follow all radiation safety & compliance protocols
• Handle call coverage when scheduled
