The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks an Administrative Services Assistant Senior to provide executive level administrative/project support to Department Chair and other departmental leadership.
Responsibilities- Maintenance of department service schedules, files and personnel records
- Management of faculty leadership travel
- Management of faculty recruitment processes
- Participation in faculty dossier, credentialing and onboarding processes
- Management of department level event planning
- UK systems training coach and resource
This position is fully onsite.
