Sr. Access & Reimbursement Manager, Cincinnati, OH
Join Eisai as a pivotal Access and Reimbursement Manager to support patient access to our neurology and oncology products. The role focuses on communication with health care professionals about insurance coverage, reimbursement, and patient support programs.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers with patient access and reimbursement needs.
- Identify, triage, and resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal or external teams as necessary.
- Develop and execute strategies to address access and reimbursement needs across assigned regions.
- Create and deliver high-level training programs to the sales force on patient access issues and Eisai programs.
- Track payer trends, analyze data, and devise plans to maintain treatment access for patients.
- Communicate current and pertinent field access/reimbursement information to stakeholders.
- Educate external stakeholders on patient access to Eisai products.
