Recreational Therapist at Ridge Behavioral Health System

Responsibilities- Develop and implement recreational therapy treatment plans in conjunction with and as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide therapy consistent with the level of growth, development, age, and functioning of each patient.
- Contribute to program design within the recreational therapy department.
- Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation.
- Certification as a CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist).
- Crisis intervention training (required, offered upon hire).
- CPR certification (required, offered upon hire).
- Previous mental‑health experience preferred.
- Inpatient experience preferred.
