** Performance Improvement Coordinator Full-Time, Days

Job Description:

* Facilitates Internal and External Benchmarking and Public Reporting of Data.
* Facilitates or Coordinates Performance Improvement Activities for Designated Departments and Teams.
* Establishes and maintains liaisons within the system, hospital, physician offices, multicenter sites, industry and governmental agencies.
* Communicates information appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Actively Participate in Interdepartmental Performance Improvement Activities.

Job Requirements:

* Master's Degree in Nursing
* Five years of related experience
* Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
* Experience with improvement tools, data analysis, and interpretation and use of data to guide decision making.
* Ability to work well with a variety of groups, individuals and disciplines in order to facilitate process improvement.
* Innovative, creative thinker and strong communication skills.
