• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services
• Conduct treatment planning and implement therapeutic exercises
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and adaptive equipment
• Assist with training and mobilization
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain good documentation in appropriate software

• Current license in the state of Kentucky
• 5 years plus of experience as a PT in an outpatient clinic
• Current CPR certification
• Develop a care plan for each physical therapy patient
• Ability on therapy best practices and ability to make appropriate physical therapy judgments
• Ability to collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
