ResponsibilitiesThe Radiation Oncology Clinic seeks a Radiation Therapist to provide radiation treatment delivery. The Radiation Therapist would be responsible to provide daily care of cancer patients, including accurate interpretation and delivery of radiation treatments, performing simulations, providing clinical instruction for radiation therapy students, and may be required to cover brachy procedures and treatment scheduling.

Experience:
No Experience Required.
Required License/Registration/Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Valid Kentucky State License Registration (obtained before start date).
Required Education/
Experience:
AS (as listed above). Preferred: 2 – 6 years radiation therapy experience.
Physical Requirements:
Requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of objects over 50 pounds.
Shift: Typically Monday – Friday, Day Shift; (some evening hours or weekends could be required in support of patient care). This position has On-Call duties.
