Position: Registered Behavior Technician (Part-Time)
Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA is a network of BCBAs, Psychologists, and RBTs focused on transforming the ABA-industry one town, one team at a time. Every day we work to improve access to care for the learners and communities that need it most and strive to create truly meaningful opportunities for our team members.

Part-Time position 3pm-5pm.

Major

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a clinical setting.

* Teach self-help skills, language/communication skills, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in a 1:1 and group setting

* Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors

* Collect data electronically on individualized treatment goals

* Provide daily written and verbal progress notes on treatment goals

* Communicate, orally and in a written form, in a clear and effective manner-with clients, families, and coworkers

* Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops (as assigned by your supervisors) to acquire further knowledge

Qualifications for the Position:

* Required:

Being capable of lifting 50lbs.

* Must live in the state of Kentucky or Indiana.

* Required:

Being capable of performing physical activity.

* Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Preferred: RBT Certification, Experience, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field. Other fields are considered on a case-by-case basis.

* Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.

* Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.

* Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

* Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws.

* Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, technology, and training to perform job responsibilities.
