- Registered Nuclear Med Tech at time of hire
- Basic Life Support certification via AHA within 90 days of hire
- Lifting and pulling weight greater than 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk/commute to different areas within Medical campus
- Flexible day shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am – Autowired pm
- Rotational on‑call is required
This position’s primary focus is to complete a nuclear medicine procedure or therapy in a safe, efficient manner according to departmental, hospital, state, and federal guidelines. An experienced nuclear technologist is necessary to manage patient throughput, quality control, inventory, equipment evaluation and calibration, billing accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This position will also execute diagnostic studies and interventional procedures following unit policies and procedures for radiation safety, patient safety, radiopharmaceutical administration, QA, and imaging.
PayRate
- New starting pay rate:
The minimum hourly rate is now $31.14/hour. Pay will be based on experience.
- Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for new graduates (less than one year of experience) and $20,000 for candidates with one or more years of experience, contingent upon a 18‑month employment commitment.
