We are a small but growing company. We are owned and operated by an occupational therapist who felt overwhelmed with the large, overcrowded, and noisy environment offered at most clinics.

At AGC Therapy we strive to do things differently. We have a small gym where we only serve 2-3 children at a time, creating a calm environment for children to self-regulate and where purposeful parent education can be provided. We operate in several private schools and daycares, providing scaffolding and support to children and teachers. No two days are ever the same!

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their occupational therapy needs.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued improvement at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide goal-directed, evidence-based treatment to clients.
• Travel to a variety of locations in Lexington.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on enhancing quality of life through rehabilitation.
• Have a love of children
• Desire to educate caregivers to ensure carry over of treatment in the home/school environment.
• Willing to work in clinic, at private schools, and daycares.
• Physically able to work on the floor, as needed.
