POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position: Clinical Manager Richmond Rd

Department: Clinical

Reports To: Senior Clinical Leadership

FLSA Status: Exempt

SCOPE

The Clinical Manager supervises clinical and clerical staff, including Team Leads (clinical, clerical, and MRI), serves as the onsite Training Officer for all clinic locations, and is responsible for overseeing all clinical and clerical staff within the Richmond Road A building. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.

The Clinical Manager will coordinate daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESClinical Support
  • Manage and supervise all clinical staff within the Richmond Road A building.
  • Maintain and adjust clinical schedules to support efficient patient flow.
  • Support patient care functions as needed.
Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Manage and supervise all clerical staff within the Richmond Road A building.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training processes for both clinical and clerical staff.
  • Partner with leadership on departmental initiatives, projects, and operational improvements.
  • Approve and manage timesheets for assigned staff.
  • Support administrative operations as needed.
Documentation and Data Management
  • Assist with reporting requirements such as MIPS.
  • Support EMR documentation practices and ensure team adherence to organizational documentation standards.
Additional Expectations
  • Ensure facility compliance with OSHA standards and all applicable healthcare regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience
  • Associate’s degree in nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in clinical operations, medical office workflow, or supervisory roles strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Good visual acuity, hand-finger dexterity, and ability to speak and hear clearly.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds or more, utilizing a full range of body movements as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and grasp for extended periods.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to assist patients safely and effectively as needed.
SCHEDULE

This is an hourly position, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees may be required to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, as necessary to meet patient and clinic needs. Occasional adjustments to scheduled hours may be required based on provider schedules or clinical demands.
