Overview

• Oversee operations for a multi-million dollar food service account across a large, multi-campus healthcare facility
• Lead a team of more than 200 hourly employees and 12 salaried managers
• Manage client relationships, account profitability, and talent development
• Ensure the department operates within the approved budget while delivering maximum client value
• Maintain superior quality food offerings; direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
• Foster excellent relationships with guests, clients, and other departments
• Promote professional growth and development of the entire team
• Foster strong inter-departmental relations and align dining service with facility operations

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience, preferably in healthcare food service
• Two to four years of direct food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable
• Serv Safe certification a plus
