Staff Pharmacist – Lexington, KY

We’re partnering with a fast-growing compounding pharmacy that supports top telehealth providers nationwide. They’re actively hiring pharmacists and offer an outstanding opportunity for professional growth in sales, compliance, and compounding.

• Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000 (based on experience)
• Overtime Pay: $60/hour for hours worked over 40 per week
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses: $8,000–$10,000 annually
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: Four 10-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Four 10-hour shifts between 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

The pharmacist will focus on verifying and dispensing medications. This is a non-compounding role. All responsibilities must comply with HIPAA, federal and state regulations, and company policies and procedures.

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to support patient care
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in medication preparation, packaging, and labelling
• Follow quality assurance procedures and protocols for controlled substances and hazardous waste
• Maintain accurate patient and prescription records
  
  Perform basic medication testing to confirm identity, strength, and purity
• Provide support and guidance to interns and pharmacy staff
