Job SummaryThe Senior Finance Director/UKHC provides enterprise leadership for service line finance, integrating strategy and business development, FP&A and performance reporting, KPI and performance improvement, capacity/throughput analysis, outcomes management, revenue cycle support, and analytics governance to deliver access, quality, and margin outcomes. The role partners closely with clinical and operational leaders, owns service line P&L performance, monitors compliance and risk under CMS/State and value-based arrangements, and reports results and barriers to the Service Line leadership and Executive Triad.
This position is distinct from Budget, Capital Planning, and Productivity-focused Senior Finance Director roles and is accountable for service line strategy execution and financial outcomes across UKHC.
Preferred degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Preferred education experience with a strong focus in budgeting, planning, forecasting and capital planning.
