The Controller will be responsible for the company's financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, experience in construction accounting, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and optimize financial performance.

• Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities
• Provide financial analysis and insights
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or controller roles.
• Experience in Construction Accounting including Progressive Billing, WIP, and Job Costing.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proficient in using financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
