Financial Analyst with2-4years of professional experience to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Director of FP&A, supporting high-impact financial initiatives and strategic planning efforts across the organization. As a key contributor toour finance team, you will play a hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

You will gain exposure to executive-level decision makingandhave the opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven insights.

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support forecasting and reporting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and commentary
• Assistsin the development of financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities
• Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensureaccuratefinancial data and insights
• Continuously improve reporting tools, processes, and financial systems to drive efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4years of experience in a financial analysis or related role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;experience with financial modeling
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasksin a fast-paced environment

• MBA certification
• Experience with One Stream, Hyperion, or other financial planning software
