About the RoleWe are partnering with a well-established financial organization seeking an Audit Assurance Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong financial, banking, legal, or analytical background who is looking to enter a forward‑thinking, solutions‑driven audit environment.
This is not traditional auditing. You do not need prior audit experience or a CPA certification—
full training is provided
. If you enjoy problem solving, validating information, improving processes, and ensuring things are operating the way they should, this role is a perfect next step.
- Review and verify financial data, processes, and business transactions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Evaluate internal procedures and controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency.
- Document findings clearly and provide meaningful insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Participate in ongoing monitoring and assurance activities across multiple areas of the business.
- Support the organization in maintaining strong operational standards and meeting regulatory expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Legal Studies, or related).
- Experience in banking, financial services, paralegal work, or analytical roles is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity—comfortable diving into data to understand the “why.”
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a structured environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems, controls, and financial processes.
- Full training and mentorship to build a strong professional foundation in audit and business assurance.
- Exposure to multiple departments and operations, giving you a broad view of the organization.
