Assurance Specialist

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a well-established financial organization seeking an Audit Assurance Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong financial, banking, legal, or analytical background who is looking to enter a forward‑thinking, solutions‑driven audit environment.

This is not traditional auditing. You do not need prior audit experience or a CPA certification—
full training is provided

• Review and verify financial data, processes, and business transactions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Evaluate internal procedures and controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency.
• Document findings clearly and provide meaningful insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
• Participate in ongoing monitoring and assurance activities across multiple areas of the business.
• Support the organization in maintaining strong operational standards and meeting regulatory expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Legal Studies, or related).
• Experience in banking, financial services, paralegal work, or analytical roles is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity—comfortable diving into data to understand the “why.”
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a structured environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems, controls, and financial processes.
