An Service Writer/Assistant Manager is a high‑energy professional who assists the manager in driving sales and customer satisfaction. The role oversees day‑to‑day operations of a service center, including answering phones using a company script, communicating with customers, building estimates, and working with company vendors.
Responsibilities- Answer phones
- Prepare estimates
- Order parts and inventory
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles’ repairs
- Coordinate transportation services
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Hourly compensation
