Telecommunications Engineer

A company is looking for a Telecommunications Engineer specializing in Vulnerability, Patching, and Hardening.

Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on vulnerability remediation, device patching, and secure configuration hardening for video teleconferencing systems Execute device updates and coordinate with Field Services for on-site updates when necessary Maintain metrics for remediation efforts and support service level agreement reporting

Required Qualifications Three or more years of direct, hands-on support for enterprise video teleconferencing platforms and endpoints Experience executing device updates and operational validation in production environments Hospital information technology experience is strongly preferred Certifications in vendor platforms or equivalent are desirable
