Chemical Process Industry Recruiter with an Expertise in Engineering & Manufacturing Operations
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr
My client is a quickly growing quasi‑startup company in a new space within the consumer products and chemical industry. They are looking for a technical whiz who will be able to grow into a leadership role. They use crystallization, distillation, filtration, drying and packaging equipment at this facility and are in the midst of ramping up production.
Qualifications- B.S. in Chemical Engineering preferred – will consider a Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer with the right background
- 1+ years of post‑college, manufacturing experience, out of chemicals, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing (previous cGMP experience a major plus)
- Experience with the following process unit operations is a plus: crystallization, de‑waxing, solvent recovery, distillation/fractionation, drying
- The ability to learn quickly and wear several hats will be critical traits for doing well in this role
