What You Will Do

As a Senior Civil Engineer
, you will leverage your extensive expertise in design and project management to lead and execute a diverse range of complex civil engineering projects. These may include natural gas pipelines, electrical distribution and transmission systems, renewable energy infrastructures, dams, water resource management, stream restoration, landfill engineering, and mining facility development.

  • Lead Project Management
    :
    Take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through final implementation while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams
    :
    Collaborate with and guide local and remote teams, including engineers, designers, and construction professionals. Communicate effectively and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
  • Innovate and Optimize Designs
    :
    Drive innovative solutions, optimize design processes, and ensure the practical application of engineering principles across all projects. Address complex challenges and deliver sustainable, cost-effective results.
  • Mentor and Develop Talent
    :
    Serve as a mentor to junior engineers and staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth. Build a high-performing team by sharing expertise and encouraging continuous learning.
  • Ensure Compliance and Standards
    :
    Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Ensure all projects adhere to legal and environmental guidelines, company policies, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an appropriate technical field.
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Certifications/Professional Licensure
    :
    Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Key Competencies
    :
    • Experience managing multi-disciplined teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, and well-organized.
    • Experience in client development and proposal writing.
    • Strong work ethic, ability to work as a team player, and leadership capability.
