What You Will Do- Lead Project Management: Take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all projects meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to final implementation, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with local and remote teams, including engineers, designers, and construction professionals. Provide effective communication and management across cross‑functional teams.
- Innovate and Optimize Designs: Use deep technical knowledge to drive innovative solutions, optimize design processes, and ensure the practical application of engineering principles across all projects.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Serve as a mentor to junior engineers and staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and build a high‑performing team.
- Ensure Compliance and Standards: Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations. Ensure all projects comply with legal, environmental guidelines, company policies, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an appropriate technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Certifications/Professional Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
