Join our maintenance team and keep our manufacturing operations running at peak efficiency! We’re seeking a skilled Repair & Maintenance Professional to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our painting process, specifically Anodic Electro‑deposition (AED). This role drives safety, quality, and cost efficiency while advancing innovation, digitization, and process improvements aligned with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization:
Oversee all phases of the paint process (washing, AED coating, detailing) ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cycle time, and cost targets. - Troubleshooting & Reliability:
Lead root cause analysis and apply reliability engineering principles to resolve equipment and process issues. - Continuous Improvement:
Implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to boost productivity and minimize waste. - Digital Transformation:
Drive process digitization through smart sensors, IoT-enabled monitoring, and predictive analytics for real‑time performance tracking. - Reliability-Centered Maintenance:
Develop and execute strategies to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to maintain a culture of operational excellence. - Project Management:
Manage timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation for paint-related projects. - Innovation & Technology:
Research and integrate automation, robotics, and AI-driven optimization for AED systems. - Environmental Compliance:
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations in paint and wastewater processes. - Training & Leadership:
Mentor paint technicians on AED processes, equipment handling, and safety practices. - Facility & Equipment Management:
Oversee installation of new facilities and replacement of legacy systems (robots, conveyors, automation).
- +5 years of intensive experience in Anodic Electro‑Deposition (AED) processes (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of paint application processes and pretreatment chemistry.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000, 50001, and 14001 standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Experience with automation systems, robotics, and conveyor systems used in paint operations.
- Familiarity with Internet of Things technologies, predictive maintenance software, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering training programs.
