- Prepare reports, specs, and presentations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and innovative outcomes.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 5‑10+ years in transportation engineering.

- Strong analytical, communication, and time‑management skills.
