Support site civil projects from our Lexington office, contributing to land and site development design for both private and public sector clients.

• Assist in the preparation of design plans, construction documents, and technical reports for site development projects.
• Perform grading and drainage design, including stormwater management and erosion and sediment control.
• Support roadway and parking design using Civil 3D and related software.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs and assist in cost estimating.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Research and apply local, state, and federal design standards and codes.
• Support submittal preparation for jurisdictional reviews and permitting.
• Participate in field visits, data collection, and site assessments as needed.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience in civil/site design, land development, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with Auto Mate and Hydro
  
  CAD is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a team‑oriented environment.
