Job SummaryPosition Objective:
To provide tobacco use prevention services to youth, families and community members across Kentucky.

Description:
Supervised by the Program Director, the Youth Prevention Specialist works in schools and communities to facilitate tobacco use prevention services based on the #iCANendthetrend framework, which include:
- Prevention Education
- Information Dissemination
- Youth Empowerment
- Professional Development

Preferred Education/Experience- Experience working with youth in school or community setting is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in public speaking is preferred.
- Experience successfully utilizing tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Be highly motivated, energetic, dependable and knowledgeable.
