The Lewis Honors College is seeking a motivated undergraduate student to join a faculty‑led research project examining the long‑term impact of Honors education on students and alumni. No prior research experience required. This is a part‑time position with flexible hours.

• Collect, clean, and organize student and alumni data
• Assist with basic data analysis and trend identification
• Support career, leadership, and alumni outcome research
• Help prepare tables, charts, and short analytical summaries

• Hands‑on research and paid research experience
• Resume‑building opportunity and possible recommendation
• Exposure to impact evaluation and applied research
