• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides aimed at maximizing student engagement and outcomes
• Personally coaching a small group of students to demonstrate advanced coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our benchmark is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement.

  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
