Job Summary

The University of Kentucky’s Office of Student Conduct (OSC) is seeking an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Senior Coordinator to lead the development and execution of the University’s comprehensive ADR strategy. This pivotal role advances the institution’s commitment to a safe and respectful campus community by embedding restorative and collaborative approaches to conflict management across the university. The ADR Senior Coordinator provides strategic leadership in designing, implementing, and managing an integrated conflict resolution program that includes conflict coaching, facilitated dialogue, and circle processes.

The role is responsible for shaping institutional policy, developing training and professional development for students and campus partners, and establishing robust methods for assessing program outcomes and effectiveness. As a key member of the Office of Student Conduct, the ADR Coordinator also delivers education and outreach on the Code of Student Conduct, adjudicates student conduct cases, and provides direct resolution services for individuals and groups.

This position serves as a campus leader and subject matter expert, fostering collaboration across departments, participating in divisional committees, and collaborative initiatives. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making.

Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

Responsibilities
