Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends
Collaborate with a seasoned team that includes Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Care Team Focus on quality care as you see 12-15 patients per day, with the opportunity to spend more time with each individual
Benefit from longer appointments lasting 45 minutes, ensuring comprehensive patient care
Be a leader and an active participant in daily huddles, contributing your medical expertise to the Care Team
Qualifications:
Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
Be board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Possess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)
Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably, have two to five years of directly applicable experience
Showcase expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environment
Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators
