Overview
Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team at Baptist Health Lexington in Lexington, Kentucky. Our physician-led program is seeking an energetic and compassionate physician to join us.
Practice Details- Closed ICU
- Approximately 54 providers (APPs included).
- Day shift, Swing Shift and Nocturnist
- Flexible scheduling
- Not your traditional 7 on/ 7 off model.
- Use a scheduling program called Qgenda.
- The PM builds the schedule around the hospital needs and providers requests.
- Rarely work more than 6 shifts in a row. Can pick up additional shifts.
- Schedule is sent out 2-3 months in advance.
- Full time – 180 shifts/year (15 shifts per month)
- Can do procedures but not required.
