• 11 providers (7 physicians, 4 PA’s)
• Patient Population: 18 years and older
• Practice serves Lexington, KY and surrounding counties
• In-House Diabetes Educator and phlebotomy; thyroid ultrasound available

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained endocrinologist to join our team of physicians at Baptist Health Louisville. Our team is actively recruiting for a physician who would like to practice outpatient.

• Practice has 4 physicians, 2 APRN, and dedicated support staff
• Diabetes educator and dietitian are available
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
• Office to be relocated to brand new state-of-the-art medical building, see details below.
• Imaging, Full Lab, Retail Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy on-site
