We are looking for a sharp, reliable, people-person to run our inbound leads and appointment scheduling.

This is NOT an office manager job. This is NOT a receptionist job.

We will train you on insulation and our systems. We hire for attitude and ability, not resumes.

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00

• Answer incoming homeowner calls
• Respond to online inquiries quickly
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Follow up with unscheduled leads
• Revisit past estimates
• Keep the CRM clean and organized
• Make sure no lead gets ignored
