Hotel LEX is seeking 2 part time associates .
This is a part-time on-site role based in Lexington, KY, for a Front Desk Associate. The Front Desk Associate will manage tasks such as welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering incoming phone calls, addressing guest inquiries, and handling reservations. The associate will also assist customers with their needs and ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests
- Computer Literacy with the ability to use basic office software and booking systems
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
