German Speaking Customer Service Positions Imperial Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representatives to enhance our Imperial Department. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support and assistance to our German-speaking customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively in German, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and guiding clients through our service offerings in the Imperial Department. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service in German through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding our Imperial Department services
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate resolution of customer issues
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for service enhancements
• Remain informed about departmental offerings and any service updates
• Engage in ongoing training to develop your customer service skills

• Fluent in both German and English with strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service preferred, especially in related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and CRM systems is a bonus
