Carriage Hill Insurance is actively looking for a Personal Insurance Account Managers in our Lexington, KY, office who are highly motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skills to join our team. Our agency is rapidly growing, and we are looking for the right individual to join our team. Carriage Hill Insurance is one of the fastest-growing independent insurance agencies in the country with offices across Kentucky and Tennessee.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
Requirements
  • Insurance industry experience.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

Salary: $30,000 - $52,500 Annual
