Overnight Closer Part Time

Job Summary

The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. The role includes closing that day’s shift and preparing an accurate bank deposit.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system and process new member sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
• Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations.
• Strong listening skills with empathy and problem‑solving ability.
• Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
• CPR certification required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (overnights).
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.

Part‑time shift scheduled on Friday and Saturday nights from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
