What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Team Lead with our Travel Support Center (TSC). This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, Kentucky. The TSC Team Lead will assist the TSC Supervisor in coordinating the activities of workers providing telephone customer support services. Primary duties will be providing support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), floor-level coaching, and being the first level escalation point for the TSC agent.
The TSC Team Lead is also expected to perform TSC Representative tasks as needed.
As a TSC Team Lead, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Lexington, Kentucky office.
- Formal, hands‑on training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing direct first‑level support to the TSC agents for reservation and process questions,
- Assisting Supervisor in tracking employee productivity and coaching of individual team members based on established KPIs
- Identifying trends or concerns and communicating them to the TSC Supervisor and Manager
- Providing Intraday Skill and Reservation Pending List queue management, adjusting resources as needed
- Assisting with any project account, and monitoring all email communication channels for the TSC to ensure all requests are handled
- Providing direct product support to customer(s) and departments outside the TSC to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coaching TSC Representatives on immediate concerns that arise during the shift.
- Assisting with new hire training as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of call center/TSC experience
- Previous lead/supervisory experience preferred
- Problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal, and written skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs
- Ability to navigate through systems
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, changing environments
- Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence and ownership
