Residential Supervisor

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Artemis Solutions is seeking an experienced Residential Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day residential construction projects from start to finish for our partnered client. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in the field, can manage multiple trades, and ensures homes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise residential construction projects from site prep through final completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Maintain project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Communicate regularly with project managers, homeowners, and internal teams
• Resolve on‑site issues and make real‑time decisions to keep projects moving
• Maintain accurate job site documentation and daily reports

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction supervision or similar role
• Strong knowledge of residential building processes, materials, and trades
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites

• Experience managing multiple residential projects simultaneously
• Background working with custom homes, remodels, or production builds
• Knowledge of local building codes and inspections

• Competitive Salary & Benefits – $75,000–$85,000yr based on experience.
